These terms explain how our quotes and clearances work. Your written quote will confirm the details of your job, and if anything in it differs from these terms, the quote applies.

Quotes

Quotes are free and there is no obligation to book.
We price each job on what needs to be cleared and the access at the property. If you send photos, the quote is based on what they show.
If, on the day, there is clearly more to clear than we quoted for, we will tell you and agree any change before we carry on.

On the day

Please tell us about anything that must stay, and set aside anything you want to keep. We look out for documents, photographs and valuables and set them aside, but we cannot be responsible for items you ask us to remove.
You confirm that you have the right to dispose of the items, for example as the owner, executor or landlord.
We cannot take hazardous waste such as asbestos, gas bottles or certain chemicals. We will tell you where they can be taken safely.

Payment

We agree the price before we start and will confirm the payment methods with your quote.

Changing or cancelling

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as you can by phone or email.

Waste

We reuse and recycle as much as we can and dispose of the rest through licensed facilities. We are a registered waste carrier with . Our registration number is available to customers on request.
