Warehouses and industrial units can hold years of old stock, broken pallets, packaging and equipment. When a lease ends or a business changes direction, all of it has to go.
What we clear
- Old and unsold stock
- Pallets, packaging, cardboard and plastic wrap
- Racking and shelving (dismantling by arrangement)
- Office areas, canteens and welfare units
- Scrap metal and general waste
Planning a warehouse clearance
We will want to know the size of the unit, what is in it, loading access and any deadline. For larger sites we usually visit first. Hazardous materials, chemicals and machinery need specialist handling and should be identified before we start.
